An outbuilding formerly used as a bakehouse and wash-house.
Dated 1873 across the south gable. In flint and red brick,
rendered along the west side; plaintiled roof. In an ornate
pseudo-vernacular style.
EXTERIOR: single storey. The south gable end has a small
pentice-roofed lean-to above the lower part of the wall and
kidney flints to the upper part; the apex is filled with
random brick and the whole upper part has applied mock
timbering. A lozenge-shaped window has a carved stone
hood-mould. Fluted barge-boards and spike finials to the
gables. Roof with 2 small triangular louvres in the west slope
