House. Late C18. Red/brown brick, English garden wall bond, stone slate
roof. 2 storeys. 2-cell plan double-depth. 5-bay symmetrical facade.
Ashlar quoins. Plinth. Doorway with tie-stone jambs. To either side on
both floors windows with flush wood architraves, projecting stone sills
and flat brick arches (altered glazing). Blind window over door. Gable
stacks. Rear has semicircular-arched stairwindow with impost blocks and
keystone. Right-hand return has 3 bays: central doorway with Doric pilasters,
entablature and cornice. Windows as at front to either side. Left-hand return
rendered, formerly adjoined an early C17 cottage now demolished.

Interior: one room has plaster moulded cornice and original shutters. Open-well
staircase with turned balusters.
