Laithehouse. Late C17 - early C18. Coursed stone, stone slate roof. Two storeys. House three first-floor windows, barn four bays. Quoins. Double-chamfered mullion windows throughout. House: plinth. Later doorway to right has plain stone surround with impost blocks. Ground floor has four windows of two, three, four, and two lights. First floor has three windows of two, two and three lights. Shaped kneeler and ashlar coping to left. Two shouldered, corniced ridge stacks. Laithe on right: roof descends to lower level, forming aisle. Quoined cart entrance. Two windows to left of two and four lights. Plain stone surround doorway to right, with the stone to left jamb. In left return of cart entrance a chamfered quoined doorway. In left return of aisle a two-light window. Shaped kneeler and ashlar coping to right gable. Rear: house has to ground floor a chamfered, quoined doorway on left, a two-light window on right, a small square chamfered window and two similar above. Laithe has a chamfered, quoined doorway and a two-light, flat-faced mullioned window. Unoccupied but undergoing restoration at time of resurvey.
