House of late C17 or early C18. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof. 2
storeys. Symmetrical south front has quoins, string course, centrally placed
doorway with very shallow arched lintel with spandrels and composite jambs with
simple chamfer. To either side are double chamfered mullioned windows of 4 long
lights with same over (that to left lacking 2 mullions) with 2-light window set
between (lacking mullion). Coped gables with moulded kneelers and stacks. Rear
has double framed flat faced mullions with square reveals of 4 lights with same
over, with 2-light staircase window set between.
