House with single aisle or outshut to rear. Early C18, with added barn early
C19. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof. 2-storey front faces south-west.
All are chamfered mullioned windows most lacking mullions. Reads 4-light window
with 5-light over; altered window with 6-light, and 2-light over. Quoins,
kneeler. Taken out of barn is large stepped window formerly of 6 lights with
king mullion with 6 mullioned and transomed lights over. Cart entry with large
heavy lintel, composite jambs. Quoins. Rear has 6-light window with king
mullion to outshut. 2 stacks to ridge. Is said to have a fireplace of some
distinction.
