House. Initialled and dated " P ". Hammer-dressed stone, stone

slate roof. 2 storeys. 2-room front, double-depth. Doorway with
monolithic jambs has decorative date plaque set over. To either
side 4-paned sash windows with plain stone surrounds. Coped gables
with stacks. Rear has 2 small chamfered windows to each floor and
central stair window.
