Warehouse on wedge shaped site with Balme Street. Circa 1870. Six-storeys and
basement, sandstone "brick" with roughly dressed vermiculated stone work to basement and ground floor. Ground floor cornice, second floor sill band, bracket cornice over fourth floor and shallow eaves cornice. Long range of plain lintelled windows.
The narrow levelled south corner has ashlar facing up to first floor and rusticated quoins. Paired windows with pediment set above doorway. The latter has rustication struck into fanlight arch. The top floor of corner has a lunette window with pediment rising above. Important corner site.
