Includes No 18 Sapgate Lane. Early C19 two-storey sandstone "brick" house with
rusticated quoins. Stone slate roof with saddlestones and prominent kneelers.
Plain corniced stone chimneys. Symmetrical 3 window front with sill band.
Tripartite square mullioned, framed windows. The central first floor window round
headed with keystone. Plain doorway with cornice on console brackets.
