Circa 1814 presenting a paired cottage front to road but with entrance to No 58 to side and therefore back to back in part. Two storeys, sandstone "brick". Paired plain modillion brackets to eaves of stone slate roof; corniced chimneys. Single- and two-light square mullion windows in squared surround. Squared jamb doorways with moulded cornices on plain shaped console brackets.
