Circa 1800 small house probably associated with nearby Park Hill House. Possibly
a rebuild of earlier building re gritstone footings. Two-storeys, sandstone "brick",
stone slate roof carried down over rear outshut. Corniced chimneys. Two 3 light
square mullioned framed windows to both floors. Plain squared jamb doorway.
