Probably C17 origin, a two-storey farmhouse, refronted circa 1800. Coursed gritstone with large flush quoins, massive footings. Sandstone "brick" front. Stone slate roof. Three and four light square mullion window in squared surrounds. Plain squared jamb doorway.
