Late C17 or early C18 farmhouse, irregularly coursed gritstone. Large flush quoins.
Renewed stone slate roof. Three window road front, originally 5-light chamfered
mullion in splayed reveals, most of mullions now removed, or made into 2 lights with
later square mullion. External chimney breast (stack lopped) at west end with flush
quoining. Full width rear outshut. Squared jamb doorway.
