Circa 1830-40 plain 3-storey dressed sandstone "brick" front of 5 bays. Plinth
and ashlar plat band with deep grooving, second floor sill band, cornice and
blocking course. Ground floor windows recessed for one order. Glazing bar
sashes intact to second floor. Panelled door with rectangular light over.
