II
Farmhouse. Dated 1697. Slobbered rubble, stone dressings, slate roof. Gable end
to street. Right-hand entrance front. 2 storeys 1 bay. Entrance to right at
junction with Burnside Cottage has moulded surround and massive dated and decorated
lintel, now painted. Cyma recta cornice. Single-light chamfered window on upper
floor to left. Left-hand gable end ridge stack. Rear contains ground-floor
chamfered window formerly 5 light with square caps, now 4 light with repositioned
cavetto mullions.
