House and barn, now 2 houses. Mid - late C18 with mid C20 alterations.
Grey gritstone rubble, graduated stone slate roof. 2-storey, 2-bay house to
right; former 2-bay barn and byre, now 2-storey house, to left. Quoins to
original house and to barn (left). Sunnybank (right): C20 half-glazed door
to left of centre, in plain surround, flanked by 2-light flat-faced mullion
windovs to ground and first floor. End stacks. Former barn, left: half-
glazed door in plain; surround (probable original byre entrance) to far
left; remains of left quoined jamb and pitched stone voussoirs to slightly
cambered arch of former cart entrance to right, the right jamb formed by
the quoins of the house. Plain surrounds to windows, 2 to each floor.
