Formerly farmhouse, now store. Mid to late C17. Squared rubble, stone dressings,
stone slate roof. 2 cell plan. 2 storeys, double fronted. Central entrance has
chamfered surround and Tudor arched lintel; plank door. To left is 2-light
chamfered mullioned window per storey. To right is ground floor 2-light chamfered
window with inserted flat faced mullion, left-hand light now blocked. To right
on upper floor is plain loft entrance, plank door. Left-hand gable end ridge stack.
At rear of Hard Head Farmhouse is reused entrance with chamfered jambs and decorated
lintel inscribed: I 1668 D.
