Farmhouse. Dated 1666, rebuilt c1900. Slobbered rubble brought to course, stone
dressings, slate roof. Lobby entry plan. Gable end to street. Entrance front:
2 storeys, double fronted. Central entrance has chamfered surround and Tudor arched
lintel with deeply incised spandrels, dated and inscribed HH. Two c1900 2-light
mullioned windows on ground floor, sashes with glazing bars, and 2 windows with
plain surrounds on upper floor, sashes without glazing bars. Central ridge stack.
Right-hand return contains C17 gable entrance with chamfered surround and Tudor
arched lintel, and upper floor 2-light double chamfered mullioned window. Interior
contains later C17 inglenook fireplace. Included for group value.
