House, now village hall. Dated 1704, with C20 alterations. Rubble,
artificial stone slate roof. Formerly 2 storeys now one, 1:1:2 bays. In
second bay, 2-storey gabled porch: quoins; 2-panel door in chamfered quoined
surround, lintel with recessed panel with raised characters "1704 MS" and
decorative motifs, slab hoodmould; first-floor blocked single-light double-
chamfered ashlar surround window with hoodmould; small ashlar oculus in
gable; shaped kneelers and moulded coping to gable with apex finial; on left
and right returns, a small light vent on ground and first floors. Main
building: boulder plinth. Quoins to right. First and third bays: 3-light
flat-faced mullion windows. Fourth bay: 3-light double-chamfered mullion
window. To right, C20 addition not of special interest. Rear: single-
storey gabled porch with double-chamfered single-light window in right
return and three C20 casement windows.
