Farmhouse. C18. Coursed stone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays.
quoins. Central glazed door in stone surround. 4-pane sash windows.
Shaped kneelers, ashlar copings, end stacks. On lintel on left return,
added inscription 'S. C. L. 1891', referring to Samuel Cunliffe Lister,
later Lord Masham, who bought the Jervaulx estate in 1887.
