Farmhouse. Dated 1815. Ashlar, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays.
Quoins. Central C20 part-glazed door under overlight with marginal panes in
ashlar surround with interrupted jambs. Above doorway, sandstone plaque
inscribed 'WATERLOO FARM 1815'. Sash windows with glazing bars, ashlar
sills and projecting sill-like lintels. Shaped kneelers, ashlar copings,
end stack right. Rear: landing sash window with glazing bars in round-
headed ashlar surround with thin imposts and keystone. Subsidiary range at
rignt angles.
