Cottage, C17, of brick-nogged oak small framing; corrugated iron has
replaced thatch. Left gable rebuilt mid C20 in brick, rear early C19
in brick. 2 storeys; 2 windows. Central axial ridge chimney, with
boarded door just to left under pentice porch, suggests lobby-entrance
plan. Leaded casements front and rear. Unoccupied at time of survey
(August 1984).
The interior (not inspected) is stated to contain chamfered oak beams,
including a good ceiling structure in one room.
