4/93 Wigland Hall Farmhouse.

Farmhouse, 1800 on dated brick inscribed Joseph Ducker 1800 (see also
item 34), with probably earlier internal features. Brown Flemish bond
brickwork; grey slate roof. 2 storeys plus attic; 3 windows;
symmetrical. Boarded door in open slate-roofed gabled porch of
timber. Small-pane casements replaced in replica, under cambered
gauged-brick arches; brick cills to lower storey, none to upper
storey. 2 flush gable chimneys.
Interior: Doors of overlapping broad boards. Chamfered oak beams
with run-out stops. Kingpost roof trusses of 1800.
