Farmbuildings: early-mid C19 and later C19. English bond orange
brick, Welsh slate roof. L-shaped plan. Long west range has loft
above shippons and carthouses. 2-storey nearly symmetrical 11-bay
front. Central bay under stone-coped gable with weathervane. Door
with segmental head is flanked by 6-pane windows, circular pitch hole
with diamond shaped ventilation patterns to either side, semi-circular
headed pitchhole in gable. The bays to the left side have a similar
door and window below and a pitchhole. To the right are 3 carthouses
with broad segmentally arched entrances. South range, a barn, is
shorter and older. 2-storey, 4-bay north front. Dentil cornice.
Open hay loft at left end, driftway at right end. Between are a large
and small door with segmental heads and cross-shaped ventilation
patterns.
