Former farm house now two dwellings, early C18 brown brick with
slate roof, 2 storey and attic 2 bays. Stone plinth, stone quoins
front and rear rising to only a few feet above ground level.
C19 top glazed four panel entrance door in moulded frame. Very
early style sash windows with exposed weight boxes, arch turning
pieces and many glazing bars. Gable copings, end stacks, the
rear roof slope has stone slates and the front large Welsh slates.
Gable apexes are rendered.
