House late C18 brown brick with slate roof 2 storeys 3 bays. Doric
fluted column doorcase with dental moulded frieze and superior radial
bar fanlight. Modern Mullion windows with stone sills and skewback
heads. Stone band at first floor sill level and cornice with blocking
course. Gable copings. Said to be the one time home of Ludwig Mond.
