1746 2-storey 2-window pebbledash cottage with smooth rendered margins at
angles and openings and as bands at first floor. Slate roofs with gable stacks.
Recessed original 12 pane double-hung sashes (8 panes in lower sashes) to
ground floor front rooms; replacement 12 pane top-hung casements to first floor
front rooms; original 8 pane horizontal sliding sash, central, to attic.
Replacement front door; added gabled porch. Datestone 'MB RB 1746'. INTERIOR:
Not inspected fully. Inglenook fireplace with hood beam in south room and fire
place on splay in north room now altered. Exposed beams in both rooms.
