C17 timber-framed and plastered inn with painted C19 brick
casing to street facade. Thatched roof. One storey and attic,
three unit plan with lobby entry. End stack to West and ridge
stack. Two plain tiled, gabled dormer windows with casements.
three recessed hung sash windows with glazing bars; modern
door. The interior has exposed stop-chamfered ceiling beams,
large inglenook hearth backed by a later C18 red brick hearth.
