House, now divided into 3 houses. Late C15th or C16th but extensively altered.
Rendered; double Roman tiled roof. Formerly U-plan with 2 projecting gabled
wings to the front and an added rear wing (The Cottage). Single storey and
attics in 3 dormers. 4 bays: C20th 2- and 3-light casement windows and central
C20th door and porch (it replaced a studded plank door under an arched head -
ex. info owners); one 2-light casement with coarsely chamfered mullion to rear.
Interior of left (west) part: stop chamfered beams and large inglenook fireplace in
room to right; the-roof-has 3 trusses, possibly raised crucks with collars, some
members seem to be smoke blackened; on the first floor is a doorway with shouldered
jambs, (partly restored).
