Lodge, probably the former school cottage. Dated 1823 for Robert Vaughan of
Wraxall Lodge (Court). Rendered; slate roof with overhanging eaves; rendered
stacks. L-plan with a gabled cross wing to the north; in a late Gothic style.
Two single light windows with cusped heads. Gabled projecting porch in moulded
ashlar surround with a pointed head. The cross wing has a 1:3:1 light bay
window on the ground floor, cusped pointed heads, 2-light casement on the first
floor with an inscribed plaque above. From the north-east corner cast iron
gothick gates and gatepiers with spear finials extend across the entrance to the
churchyard.
