Farmhouse, now 2 houses. Late C17, refronted C18 with later alterations.
Rubble, rendered, pantiled roof with coped verges and kneelers and gable stacks.
Originally L-plan, infilled with 2-span roof, former through passage.
Symmetrical.front. 2 storeys and 6 windows, ground floor has all 16-pane
sashes, 1st floor all sashes, 3rd from left round-headed with splayed glazing
bars, all windows in plain reveals, C20 panelled door in 3rd bay from left has
panels to sides and flat timber hood; east side has C20 windows, west side has
C18 panelled door in moulded frame, transom light with glazing bars, shell hood
without fluting, 2-light casement above, C20 door to left with C19 8-pane sash
above; rear has gable end to east with 16-pane sash at 1st floor, and 4-light
window above, C20 single storey extension, all C20 doors and windows to ground
floor, 3 sashes to 1st floor left. Interior: chamfered and run-out stopped
beams, marble fireplace to front left room, shutters, C18 wide dog-leg stair
with turned balusters, open hallway replacing through passage, panelled doors.
