Public house. Late C17 with C18 addition and C19 alterations. Timber-framed
and plastered with painted brick plinth, and plinth covered with weather
boarding. Two red brick ridge stacks and rear side stack. Thatched and C20
tiled roofs. One storey and attic original range to north and two storey
addition to south, main elevation to west. North range with two-panelled door
and three ground floor windows with glazing bars; three casement dormer
windows. Panelled door to centre of south range with three ground floor and
four first floor windows which include five twelve-paned hung sash windows.
