House and workshop. Late C18 or early C19. Timber-framed and plastered with
brick plinth. Plain tiled roof. Red brick end stacks and east wall to
workshop. Some weather boarding. Two storeys with workshop of one storey as
outshut to east gable. C20 glazed main door flanked by two canted hung sash
bay windows, window to left hand replaces an original hung sash window. Three
first floor sixteen-paned flush-framed hung sash windows. Large work-shop
window with glazing bars and half glazed door replacing an original halfed
boarded door.
