Two dwellings forming one range. Late C18. Timber-framed and plastered.
Plain tiled mansard roof; end red brick stack to right hand. Two storeys
with attics and cellar (from the cellar a tunnel cut into the natural chalk
leads to The Old Manor House); gable end outshut to left hand. Two moulded
six-panelled C19 doors, three ground floor eighteen-paned hung sash windows
rebated for shutters and one twelve-paned first floor hung sash window. Two
storey canted bay window to left of centre with hung sashes and one similar
oriel window to left hand. One dormer window. Coved plastered eaves
cornice. Interior: Ceiling beams originally boxed.
