Cottage. Late C17 or early C18 and mid C20. Timber-framed, plaster rendered
and thatched. Ridge stack. Original plan altered by late alterations and
enlargement. One storey and attic. Two gables above two casements. Door,
bread oven and three-light window at ground floor. Pantiled lean-to to each
gable end. Rear wing, mid C20, by former Clerk of Works to Trinity College,
Cambridge. Timber-framed, plaster rendered and thatched. Similar small pane
casements. Inside: Timber-framing and baking oven exposed. Slender roof
trusses.
