House. C17, C18 and early C19. Timber-framed, plaster rendered, brick,
painted. Tiled roof, mansard with rebuilt grey brick ridge stack of three
linked shafts. Original three bay single range plan with parlour wing to
right hand. Two storeys. Three early C19 flush frame, twelve-pane hung
sashes at first floor. C19 verandah with lean-to slate roof on ground floor,
and principal doorway with C19 panelled door opposite the stack. Crosswing,
early C18, has brick ground stage probably as casing to timber-frame,
rendered and tiled gabled roof. Three-brick band between two storeys. One
similar hung sash at first floor and one of sixteen panes at ground floor.
Adjoining to the left hand is a late C17 or C18 wing, possibly for a
kitchen. Timber-framed and brick with tiled roof, half hipped. Two storeys
and attic. Three sliding sashes to gable end.
