Early C17. Coursed stone rubble walls surrounding a rectangular enclosure,
rising to about 18 ft in height at south-east end. On the north-east side
is an ashlar gateway with a moulded architrave, cornice and high stepped
gable with oval and circular openings. Round arched niches either side with
cornice over.
The wall has later repairs on all but the south and south-east sides.
