tarred brick foundations, red brick ridge stack. Thatched
roofs. One storey and attic with C20 wing at right angles to
north and two lean-to extensions with half glazed doors.
Windows in original building, two casement dormer windows, one
casement and one horizontal sliding sash ground floor window.
Cottage included for group value.
