Red brick ridge stack. One storey and attic, three unit lobby entry plan.
Flush panelled door with gabled canopy; three ground floor horizontal
sliding sash windows and similar sashes to three dormer windows. Interior
has stop-chamfered beams and fireplace with three-centred brick arch.
