House, formerly a Public House. c.1700, C20 additions and replacements.
Timber- framed and plastered, C20 pantile roof. End stack to right hand and
rebuilt ridge stack. Two storeys and attics. Three unit plan (qv Willow
House). C20 architraved doorcase and replacement hung sash windows. Door to
left of centre; three ground floor windows, two with side lights, and four
first floor windows. Original interior details include large inglenook
hearth with sealed opening to baking oven, parlour hearth, two first floor
hearths, exposed timber frame and side purlin roof. House formerly the King
William IV PH.
