House. Circa 1800 extended at rear mid C19. Local brick laid in Flemish bond
patterned on the front having gault brick stretchers and red brick headers.
Parapetted steeply pitched roof with asbestos slates. Two storeys and attic.
Band between the storeys. Two hipped dormers. Four first floor flush frame
twelve pane hung sashes. Two similar windows of sixteen panes flank central
doorway with stucco panelled surround having flat hood with moulded cornice on
enriched brackets. Interior has some reused timber in the partition walls.
One room is cellared and a first floor mid C19 room at the rear retains its
original details of plaster cornices, with marble fireplace surrounds,
panelled doors and shutters.
