Warehouse No. 2)

Warehouse, early C19. Local brick; hipped slate roof, extended
in C20 to east. Five storeys with basement, gable to street.
Blind windows to left hand at each storey and central boarded
door to each floor except fourth. Four, fourth floor windows
and three similar casement windows in cambered gauged brick
arches at each floor. Pair of very fine metal-panelled and
studded doors in original rear elevation, said to have been
taken from the C19 model prison designed by G. Basevi (b.1794,
d.1845).
