An early C19 stuccoed house. 2 storeys and attics. 2 window range,
double hung sashes with glazing bars, in plain reveals. A raised band
runs between the storeys. A 4-panel door has a rectangular fanlight
with ornamental glazing, Roof tiled (C20) with 2 flat headed dormers.
Nos 35, 39 & 41 form a group.
