A C18 brick house originally a private dwelling but now incorporated into
the premises occupied by J Cutlack. 2 storeys, attics and cellars. 5 window
range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars on the ground storey and mainly
mullioned and transomed casements on the lst storey (1 with original leaded
lights). A raised brick band runs between the storeys and there is a brick
pilaster at the south end. Roof tiled, steeply pitched, with a wood
modillioned eaves cornice and 4 hipped dormers (1 with original leaded
lights).
