Cottage late C17 or early C18 associated with the river trade
and situated on the coal warf run in 1842 by Edward Ball and
Richard Bailey. Local brick with brick quoins and window
jambs. Gault pantile roof with parapet gables. Central ridge
stack. One storey and attic. One modern casement window and
half-glazed door in north elevation.
