House. Probably C17- early C18, with early C19 W. wing. Original part
has flint with narrow brick dressings exposed to rear but is rendered and
colourwashed to front. C19 part is similarly rendered to front but brick
to rear. Old tile roof. External chimney at right end is of thin
brick with crow-stepped facing to off-sets; another brick chimney with
grouped shafts to C19 wing. Tall gabled cross wing of 2 storeys and
an attic projects to right; another 2-storey gabled cross wing to centre,
with C19 bay abutting to left, also of 2 storeys. C20 barred wooden
casements, 3-light to right bays, 2-light over 4-light to left. C20
door in small C20 wooden porch in angle between right bays. Interior
not seen.
