Early C19. 3 storeys. 3 windows. Red brick. Shallow slate roof with paired brackets
to eaves. Centre window of 1st and 2nd floors blind. 2nd floor windows have wooden
lintels and glazing bar sashes. 1st floor has 2 three light oriel bays. Slate
roofs. Sash windows. Wide Victorian shop front: 2 fascia brackets, 3 fluted pilasters.

The Public Hall and Nos 2 to 24 (even), 24a, 26 and 28 form a group of which
Nos 14, 16 and 20 are of local interest.
