c1860 by G Devey. Picturesque pair of cottages. Rubble stone plinth, red brick
and Bath stone ground floor with half timbered gables and plain tile roof. Tall
diagonal brick stacks, one on south side wall of crosswing, one on rear wall
of main range. T plan, one and a half storeys. Leaded windows throughout.
Crosswing has west gable with oversailing timbered upper floor with 3-sided
oriel set under projecting apex of gable. Ornate bargeboards. On south side a
tiled porch with turned baluster screens each side. One half-dormer. Long
range is lower with a stone mullion and transom 4-light window and a door in
arched surround on the west front.
