Early C19 public house of 2 storeys with 2 bay street front. Colourwashed brick
front, red brick flanks. Parallel slate roofs, hipped over bay windows to street
front, left hand canted bay window with barred sashes of 4:6:4 panes. Right hand
bay 2 windows to 1st floor, left hand one blank, 2-light bay window and to left
pilastered doorcase on ground floor, both under continuous fascia and cornice.
Recessed barred sashes to flanks of 3 bays with centre doors. Rear ranges.
