Dated 1849. Brick estate cottages with old tile roof. Two storeys. Cogged eaves,
iron lattice casements, 4 bays. Stacks between left hand and right hand bays. Left
bay (No 20) with 2-light modern casements. Gabled porch to side with depressed
arched head. Bay 2 with lean-to porch. Bay 3 gabled and projecting. Bay 4 (No 22)
with ground floor windows only, side entry.
