The Swan public house
(formerly listed as
19.5.50 The Old White Swan Inn)

Late C16/C17. Partly refronted and much restored. One original gable timber-
framed with brick nogging; colourwashed brick; machine tile roof, chimney
on ridge. Two storeys. First floor with one modern 3-light casement- in
the gable and 2 similar under gables projecting into the roof. Ground floor
with, on left hand, one modern 3-light window with mullions and transom,
a door with timber hood on brackets, one 3-light bay window and one sash
window.
